Work Philosophy

Hi, I'm Donovan Colegrove. Over the past decade, I've worked with a range of outdoor camps and conference centers, supporting programming, facilities, guest services, and natural stewardship. My approach blends a focus on improving the systems of the organizations I work with and a genuine care for my staff and guests. 

I specialize in designing and implementing adventure, family and outdoor education programs. While I've primarily worked in camps and conference retreat centers, my experience is relevant to many recreational, conference, and camp settings.
